Zbigniew Brezenski (sp) and Joeseph Nye Jr, two former Democratic adminstration bigiwgs who have advocated internationalism and "soft power", the use of non-military power to achieve our goals. Many speakers have said they would rather see an admired than hated America, but they would seal the argument.
But I like this Shalikashvili guy. He's driving the internationalist point home, something (as my avitar denotes), I'm pretty passionate about.
