no, they're all quite sure.
The first two states yielded so the home states of the candidates can go first. Then some states will yield in order to allow a pre-determined state to put the candidate "over the top".

Mass got to vote first and North Carolina second. They always do that. They might also yield to a "big" state when it comes time to put Kerry over the top. They often do that.
yeah, I'm a geek. Got tears in my eyes when they yielded to Mass. Course, I cry every time I hear Star Spangled Banner.
