My gay neighbors were over watching TV with us and wondered why the gay speakers are being kept in the closet at this convention.

they said the left was "hiding" the gay agenda. While I didn't see any particular speakers on deck, I believe I saw some wonderful and very happy gay American men dancing together in the crowd.
Would have been nice if they had had a chance to speak though. I was impressed and pleased that Obama at least gave mention to the issue in his speech when relating our differences/sameness in "Blue and Red" states...
