Zell Miller gets confused on Fox and sounds like he has Alzheimer's
Did anyone see this? Alan Colmes started hitting him with quotes from the 80s and 90s when he was praising Democrats. Old Zell got so confused and mixed up, he said Republicans were causing the division in this country. It was funny as hell. The man was all over the place and couldn't keep up with what party was doing what. It was obvious he was totally lost in space.

His new owners will surely have a long talk with him tomorrow.

2. He was diagnosed some time ago with prostate cancer
A Georgia DUer posted that awhile ago. He theorized that Zell's treatment, which was apparently rather drastic if you know what I mean, is the source for his unbridled bitterness toward all that is good in the world. Who knows.

3. I do too....

His "conversion" to the dark side has been so abrupt and inexplicable given his long political history. Even given that he was a conservative Democrat, his Repub perversion is just baffling and he does seem to be disoriented and excessively angry at times. A former DUer (who has since been banned, I think) who knew him as a long time family friend, commented on the 180 degree personality change. I think there could well be a physical (organic) cause....

8. He did so much for Early Childhood education in GA.
Gave that rousing speech in nomination of Bill Clinton at the convention.

I really do think he is ill.

9. Some one better pump up his bank balance. Low bank balance is-------
bad for a man that age and Republicans know how to fix it.

4. I saw that too
I saw that too. I thought I was just hearing it wrong..... He did appear to be drunk or incapacitated or something else. And to think, they are having him speak at the RNC. What a joke...ROFL!! Kind of like Bush during one of his speeches....

5. AC gave him a pass when he said repukes were responsible for
all the division in this country. Maybe he felt sorry for him.

10. Either There is a Particular Type of Senility That Makes Them Like This
Or perhaps the BFEE has figured out some way to inject boll weevil
larviae into elderly Democrats like Zell Miller and turn them into
raving fascists.

This might also explain Ralph Nader.

12. We all know
certain people are "for sale". The repukes have purchased a few democratic politicians and former democratic media wonks. These people spent hundreds of millions of dollars attempting to destroy Bill Clinton. Buying a Democrat for a couple of million is chump change. And, who knows what kind of dirt they may uncover on certain people.

Certain repukes with deep pockets want a "One Party" system, and they will do anything to get it. They also need to stay in power in order to STAY OUT OF JAIL!

11. I saw that and attributed
to his head being clubbed as he walked through a crowd of Democrats. Is he even allowed to stand in the same room with real politicians?

13. I tell you it was almost sad.
So, when he praised Clinton in 1992, and Kerry in 2001 for their records, did HE forget about the Cold War? I mean, if he now believes that the Dems were the party of being soft on terror, was he in a cave for twenty years before he praised the Dems in 1992?
