Any radio outlets carrying Kerry's speech tonight?

I don't have cable, so I was wondering if any radio outlets (like NPR and others) will be broadcasting Kerry's speech. This is something I don't to miss!

it is an on-the-air broadcast ... KCET in LA ... OPT where I live ...

7. What I meant was no reception.

Without cable, there's no way I could get a signal where I live, since I can't mount an antenna.

5. NPR, plus you can watch the streaming video on CSpan....

I've been doing this all week. Not at the same time, mind you, because the CSpan stream is about 30-40 seconds behind the NPR broadcast. I NEVER watch TV and don't miss it a bit. :dem:
