So this is the world we've made...
...and this is the bed in which we lay.

A federal appeals court Wednesday upheld a 1998 state law banning the sale of sex toys in Alabama, ruling the Constitution doesn't include a right to sexual privacy.

This isn't the first time we've been told there is no Constitutional right to privacy. They're certainly making that clear.

So, where does it end?

3. I'm starting to get the impression that female judges are...
...saying the ban is unconstitutional but male judges want to uphold the ban. Macho issues at play here?
