ALRIGHT! Voting rights for DC!
I wonder how many electoral votes DC would get?

4. Sorry, I was so excited. At the DNC focusing on the issue
They had a short video segment, and Eleanor Holmes Norton is speaking on voting rights for DC.

As a former DC resident, this one is close to my heart.

7. Bush: Some people think "brownskins" can't be self-governing or free!
GWB: “Some of the debate really centers around the fact that people don't believe Iraq can be free; that if you're Muslim, or perhaps brown-skinned, you can't be self-governing or free. I'd strongly disagree with that.”

But that's what it boils down to for the Republicans. Truly.
