ABC News: What kind of question is that?
They're doing a pre-speech report on ABC, and (Dan someone?) the reporter was talking to three of the Band of Brothers from Kerry's swift boat days. The interviewer asked them, "Do you ever feel like props in John Kerry's political campaign?"

To their credit, none of them punched the dope out. I know for a fact that I shouldn't hold my breath waiting for a similar question to be asked of the Negro faces put up as stage dressing for a Bush photo op.

Grrrrrr!

1. What if he did get punched?
C'mon. What would happen? Do you not think that thousands, perhaps millions would not contribute dollars to his defense? What's the worse that could happen in that purely hypothetical situation?
