I hope that at some point you will give us a perspective on the experience, seeing as how none of us have lives and live vicariously through you.

Being a typically provincial Chicagoan, I'd really love to know your thoughts/feeling about hearing Obama in person. I do realize, being a Mike Royko fan, that there is art in brevity in words. I also understand that "My goodness, Mr. Obama. My great goodness." makes a hell of a statement, but.... Walt mentioned a feature piece on Barak in another thread. It would be a good excuse to head out thisaway and let your midwestern DU fans have their way with you.

I am sure you need a break, enjoy the beer, rest up, the show is just beginning you know!
