7. Tweety gets so manic sometimes that he inadvertently tells the truth
meanwhile on CNN, Candy Crowley says "its a little sad" on the podium.

I'm sure you feel sad, ya tool.

16. I think she was talking about the end of the convention
I'm jazzed beyond belief, only a Bush-loving tool would feel depressed afterwards...

6. WTF????
He actually admitted he doesn't like to talk substance huh?

Well that tears it.

You know, in my line of work (teaching), if I just upfront admitted, "Hey you know I don't really get into all this TEACHING stuff," I'd not have a contract for the next year.

I think the same should apply for assface.

...before being run off the edge of his flat earth.

11. Tweety was waiting for the codpiece to appear...
... must be so disappointing for him that the podium hid all the importance "substance" from view.

14. I think Tweety feels guilty, finally, for going along with the
flag-waving, false patriotism of the Iraq War. I saw someone call him on it, on-air, and he actually seemed taken aback.

He finally realized that he was a part of it. So now he is lashing back from the opposite direction (hence his being so pissed off at Sharpton for what he sees as Sharpton's screwing up the convention, etc.).

Tweety knows he messed up, and his bosses have allowed him to try and make up for it. That's what the media do--they go along with the pervasive spirit of the time. It's all about money.

They have one hell of a lot of making up to do now, however. I don't even know if they know how much. I suspect not.
