A thank you not only to John Kerry but to those who supported him from the
start.
These people knew that Kerry was the right guy for the job, that he had the right ideas, and that he stood for us. Some of us disagreed with them and didnt believe them but ultimately they were proven right, and their toughness, even when it seemed that Al Sharpton would beat Kerry and when it seemed that Kerry would get thrashed in the Iowa and New Hampshire primaries. These people didnt give up. They are a tough bunch. I appreciate them for teaching me that Kerry was a great guy, I knew he was an ok guy but now I know that hes f-ing spectular. Thanks guys.

1. Thank YOU, JohnKleeb
through all the long fight, I've always noticed you to be decent and respectful. You've been a credit to DU and to your candidate, Dennis Kucinich.

I was one of those from-the-beginning Kerry supporters. I even argued many many months ago that Kerry ought to pick his running mate early, that McAuliffe should get the also-rans to step aside before the primary race sapped energy and money from the main campaign. I was roundly criticized for even suggesting that the American electorate shouldn't have the opportunity to select their choice.

If memory serves, most of those who criticized me were supporters of other candidates, but my next remark is not "I Told You So!" but rather, "You were right."

I think the hard-fought primary campaign energized not only John Kerry and his supporters, but the whole Democratic party. I believed from the beginning that a Kerry/Edwards ticket would be the most solid offense against the boosh machine. But I don't think it would have happened without the primary campaign.

So in the end, at least from my point of view, we all were right and we all won.

And now it's on to the main event!

BooshCo, you ain't seen nuthin' yet!

2. Yes for sure
Oh and I can get pissed at anyone heh, I got a loose temper, I just dont show it heh but really the unity is great. I remember many saying Kerry will wilter after and before Iowa, now I wasnt a Kerry supporter then but Ive always liked the man much, I thought it was kinda mean, and I was like come Iowa, you'll be surprised but even I the great idealist heh thought I was wishfully thinking. Here we are. The democratic party has been reborn.
