He was almost in awe in the sense that Kerry is running right at Bush, on national defense, patriotism, faith, religion - Kerry running directly at Bush on the issues that Bush thinks he is strong on.

Kristol was amazed at what Kerry was doing, and thought it would be fascinating to see what will happen.

9. Who is running Kerry's campaign?

This is a brilliant strategy by the Kerry and his strategists. I love it. Republicans have been saying Kerry is better off just focusing on domestic issues and not even challenging Bush on Natl. sec,, but they are going right after him on this issue. This will be a huge breakthrough for the democratic party if they successfully pull this off. I honestly am very fucking impressed!
