Well, we know what form the GOP attack meme is taking now
"Kerry's record does not match the words of his speech."

They have nothing, so now they're attacking the speech.

1. Can't run on Bush's record that's for sure.
They are desperately seeking something they can cling to. So far the flip flopper meme hasn't been effective. They'll keep throwing things against the wall until they find something that sticks.

2. Yeah, Gillespie looked really desparate speaking to ..
.. Tweety last night.

Matter of fact, Tweety was kind'a giving him a hard time about him staying on message, etc.. and not really answering the hard questions. Anyone see that?

For the first time, I thought there was hope for Tweety.

4. Tipping point?
I walked by the TV at work this morning and heard some commentators on Fox highly praising Kerry's speech. I've never heard that before.

If the media were to decide that Kerry will win without the media's support, it's somewhat possible that they could pass the "tipping point" and throw their support to Kerry. In that case, it would be an unprecedented landslide for Kerry and prosecutions for Bush and his gang.

3. Late last night someone posted
that Greg Palast was going to be on some talk radio show I have never heard of - so I went to the link - and here were two of what I thought were our guys just ripping the shit out of Kerry. It totally bummed me out and ruined what was a perfect evening. One of the things they were ripping him about was Kerry criticising the war when he voted for IWR. We will probably hear this alot. I've decided what my answer will be.

There is a HUGE difference of a Senator supporting a rPresident who has lied to him/them that the country is in grave dangerm that the rPresident needs their authority then the rPresident iniating the entire mess based on lies and false information. And that Kerry had said he expected Bush to go back to the UN for approval.

Now I HATE that Kerry voted for that resolution - but it pales by comparison to what Bush did.
