C-span today..........
I've watched C-span all week long thus avoiding the pain some of you have suffered at the hands of the pundits of the cable news channels. But today, we're 2 for 2 as far as the guests Lamb has on today. Two Repukes coming on telling us how we should react to the week. So, now, I cannot even watch C-span. Where can I go to hear our side. AAR I guess.

3. C-Span is still your best bet.
Try to keep an open mind here. Mort Zuckerman isn't as much of a RW spinner as his first guest.

Give Brian some time. He really does try to get guests who present both sides.

4. c-span has been spanking the dems with (R) guests all week
We must remind them about that during the Pukkke convention when they do the same thing.

C-Span is good, but how dare they claim to be unbiased? They're like the Wall Street Journal, the worker bee news pages are great, but the editorial page is rotten with RWers.

6. Yes, I heard them early in the week say...
while introducing a repuke speaker...that they were making sure the Republican point of view wasn't lost during the convention!

I could not believe I wasn't watching Fox.

There is no way in hell they will do that with the Dems during the Freeper Festival Convention next month!

9. Don't Know About That
They already said they'd have Dems on during the RNC lie-fest. I admit i don't get the CSPAN bashing here at DU.

I watch it all the time, and i just don't see the lack of balance bemoaned here.

5. I had the video on C-SPAN and the audio on Air America

unless someone was at the podium speaking.

Now I'll go back to doing real work and listening to Air America
and only using the tube for mindless entertainment.

Brian has always been unable to control himself when things got tough for the Rethuglicans.

8. I don't think it is biased to present opposing views.
Apparently some of the coverage this week has been over the top -- I didn't see it as I didn't watch anything but C-Span. But the fact that C-Span is now going to show some Republican reactions doesn't make it biased, in my opinion. The reactions are biased, of course, but not necessarily C-Span.

Believe me, there are times I'm just not in the mood for the other side and I change the channel.

10. I can take opposing views most of the time.........
but I am so worn out from the last 4 years of fighting and arguing and making sure OUR side gets heard that all I wanted was one week for us. Just one week! After all, their turn is coming up. And bush has had the stage for 31/2 years by himself. We got the primaries and the convention. The rest has been bush whenever he really wanted coverage.I watched C-span all week long and never turned to any other station cause I knew what to expect. My nerves just couldn't take it.:)
