That Kerry, while quite hawkish last night, said that any attack would be met with a quick and decisive response....would that infer that he does NOT agree with pre emptive attacks of the PNAC doctrine???????
Can I be so hopeful?

2. Kerry stated directly that he would return to the American tradition |
|
of not starting wars. He flat-out rejected the pnac policy of pre-emptive attacks.
