Well the RW talking point I'm hearing this morning is that Kerry set the bar so low that a mediocre speech sounded truly great, but I watched it twice and I suspect they are rocked back on their heels because they weren't expecting a full frontal attack so had to gin up something fast. As someone who used to book John kerry to speak in Cali in the 70's I have a lot of experience with this. That was, flat out , the BEST John Kerry speech ever. Low bar high bar, doesn't matter. Maybe not enough red meat for some, but nicely done tartare, no question.

I disagree with a LOT in John Kerry's platform but I'm voting for him in November because I know which way is UP fer chrissakes.

Now back to the bond market.
