Where did the nicknames Crashcart (Cheney) and the Crisco Kid (Asscroft)come from?

1. A crashcart is what you see rolling down a hospital hallway when they say

CODE BLUE! In other words, it's a defibrillator.

Crisco Kid Ashcroft once said that he 'annointed himself' with Crisco in some sort of arcane religious gesture after he was elected to the Senate. It's probably best we don't ask WHERE he annointed himself...

2. I imagine Asscroft and his tub of Crisco....

to be similar to Burt Reynolds lathering himself up with vaseline in Striptease....anybody remember that?

he does have a set of brass ones he could have put crisco on. . .but (quoting Crashcart) is a sin in his eyes.

If it's possible, could someone give me all the nicknames DU has come up with and who they apply to. It's an odd request, but I love this site, I am an active liberal Jewish democrat and I love satire. I know some like:

Rush Limbaugh -- Kaptain Krispy Kreme, King Dount, Tonnage on Loan from G-d.
Asscroft -- the Crisco Kid
Cheney -- Crashcart
Bush -- Chimpy McFlightsuit, Jello W. Bush, Our Great Leader

BTW, I can't say Asscroft's name right, so htuttle, you're a better person than I. IT always comes out spoken or typed Asscroft or Ash-hole.

someone (minister) gets liquid oil and dots it on the forehead of the person being 'annointed,' with prayers and hymns from the congregation

my impression is that one person does NOT do it to him/herself

it's supposed to be the same ritual as the various annointings in the OT
