3. What I'd like to see--

Would be:

- Immediately invite the Red Cross to inspect the facilities.
- Grant full Geneva Conventions status to all war prisoners held there (and anywhere else in the world)
- Process every one of them as soon as humanly possible, to separate out those who were imprisoned for no good reason.
- Repatriate immediately those who don't belong there, and return to camps in their own country those who are legitimate POWs, as required by the Geneva Conventions
- Shut down that gulag abomination the minute it's empty... or better still, turn it into a living museum of just how far wrong we can go, in the name of 'fighting terrorism'
