Apparently it's supposed to be "humorous".

I thought it was a serious effort at blacklisting, so I called them at Bartcop's suggestion. Apparently the wingnut who answered has been having a rough day thanks to Bartcop readers. I asked him if it was for real and he said "Yeah". I said that if he thinks like that he ought to go to Russia or something, so he got all mad and said that I belonged at the top of the blacklist and that *I* had called him eight times today, that I was harrassing him and he was going to call the police. I told him I'd only called once, and just was asking, so he said "I HAVE YOU ON CALLER ID! I"M TELLING THE POLICE!!!"

Needless to say, I'm not suggesting anyone call the poor fool. But if you want to check out his "humorous site, it's www.0cents.com .
