I just thought of something that is in our favor reguarding the media:
Cable "news" is not viewed by everyone so, hopefully not everyone was influenced by the negative coverage that was shown on CNN and it's Friends FOX and MSGOP.

CBS/NBC/ABC did us a GREAT disservice by not showing us this convention.

:grr:

I watched the convention on c-span. And not to pay any attention to the pundits because they don't want to lose their tax cuts.

On Edit~ I also tell them I'm coming off a 4 day high!!

2. I never considered watching the convention with news commentary...
I watched the entire convention on C-Span. I haven't been impressed with the news coverage for the last three years, & since they've served as cheerleaders for this inept presidency, why would I want their opinions regarding the Democratic convention?

One of the first things I want President Kerry to do when he gets in office is to get rid of Michael Powell & make some much-needed changes in the FCC regulations.

3. Jim Leher had a good show too and Dan Rather....
refered to Cheney a "Hitman" who was going to "Brutally Assault" John Kerry.

4. I watched it all
on C-Span. Occasionally, I would go to CNN to hear their take on it, and to PBS. PBS is much better than any of the mainstream media. But I rather liked C-Span because I could listen and see it all and make up my own mind about what I heard and saw. I'm 63 years old. I've NEVER watched ALL of anyone's convention, not even the Big Dog, but this I did from the moment it started every day until the bitter end. I loved it. I can't wait to see how it compares to the chimp's convention. There is no way that they can beat the diversity, the powerful messages, the fun, the whole nine yards! I loved it. I loved Kerry's speech and Clark's and Sharpton's and of course Bill's. John Edwards was alright, but I liked others much better. But he's a pretty sight for old eyes! :bounce: And I loved Jimmy Carter! He's my man all the way. Nothing holding him back.

6. Whats really amazing
is that the creeps over at freepville are STILL whining about left wing media bias. There is NO depth to their stupidity.
