3. There WAS An Article In The Houston Chronicle
about this..,I know, I deliver the Chronicle. I saw it. just a blurb on the front page. Didn't read the article.

But if you go to www.houstonchronicle.com you can probably find a link to the story.

7. Ridge is retiring
because he can't send his kids to college on his present salary.

Are you kidding me? He makes more, with benefits than 90% of us.

Now maybe you can understand the problems of working Americans, Mr. Secretary.

11. what a slap in the face of people like me
trying to send two kids to college on a "middle class" income. Just goes to show in Bush's America, you need to be a millionaire to send your kids to college.

12. In That Case, We're Never Getting Rid Of Him
Because Bushit isn't gonna win!

Fortunately, Kerry will surely send the son of a bitch packing as his first order of business as our President!

15. Well, that Capitol Hill Blue story that's been the source
of many threads around here, stated that Ridge isn't getting face time with our "sullen, depressed President." Here Ridge is, taking the heat, but * won't talk to him. That's a real slap in the face.

No wonder he's a little pissed.
