Odd that this isn't huge news, odder there's no comments at DU - our Embassy in Uzbekistan has been attacked by a car bomb:
http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=102x719097It's perhaps not surprising that BushCo can get away with claiming
"No terrorist attack on US since 9/11/2001" - we've had the Senate office building attacked with WMD, the same for the publisher in FL, a broad area around DC was terrorized for weeks as was a strip of highway in OH, weekly attacks on the US Embassy in Iraq since Iraq became "fully sovereign", and now this. Did I miss anything?
That already is the worst record for terrorist attacks on US soil of any president - even if you don't count 9/11. We shouldn't let them get away with such blatant lies. As far as
blaming 9/11 on years of unanswered attacks, here are the unanswered attacks on Americans I know of which happened on Busah's watch
before 9/11:January 29, 2001: An office of the US form Newmont Mining Corporation was bombed in Indonesia.

May 29, 2001: The al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigade claimed responsibility for an attack on a vehicle in the West Bank, killing two, one of them an American. Two other Americans were injured in the attack.
