1. Yes and govt. is not a top down corp but bottom up service to people.

CEO's are not put into office on a one vote thing. It is the profits they are put in for.It is why hospitals are run so bad now. It is not for the sick but for the profit and they have a CEO running them. We have mixed apples and orange here.
