When does the color switch actually take place..red/blue States |
|
It has been traditional for the encumbant party to be represented by the color blue. Will that be the case this year and if so when does the official change take place. It will seem strange to suddenly cheer for the red states and not the blue.

5. Why are Republicans red? |
|
This is one thing that puzzles me, as in most countries red represents the Left, and blue the Right.

7. So much as been made of the red state/blue state thing |

that I'd be surprised if a color switch happened this year. It would confuse the herd.
