Mary Matalin and the Talking Points of the RNC |
|
It was a convention of hate... they all talked about hate, they did not talk about the issues.
God that woman is increasingly reminding me off.... ANNIE COULTER... how can Begala stand her?

Let's see...what's her definition of hate? Tolerance? Inclusiveness? Wanting to debate the issues and not bash Bush personally?
I think we told the truth on the Republicans, and it felt like hell to them, to paraphrase Harry S Truman.

They must make a conscious decision at home NOT TO TALK politics
And I swear she was pushihng the hate agenda... un-freaking amazing.
I think they are in a slow building panic... I wonder if the GOP of Hoover had the same reaction to oh, Roosevelt

6. Why didn't someone ask her to name an example of this? |
|
This is what I can't understand that no one ever asks for specifics. I hate generalities! I want to know everything--the details make the difference. It's like saying what's in that cake? Then all you say is sugar! There's a helluva lot more to issues than silly sound bites that tell us nothing! Why are people so damn gullible?

republican tactic used well by the RW,it's called something like negativeojection or something like that(Randi explained it one day)wheree they accuse you of exactly what they are doing. It's kinda like the liberal media thing.Attack the media whenever it suits your cause.

This is the standard response to any gathering of Democrats, whether or not it's actually true. See, for example, the Paul Wellstone memorial. Also, everybody in the real, non-FOX media had been claiming the Convention was optimistic and non-hate-festy. The day afterwards, the GOP machine was trying to call it a Hate Conference.
They're preying on the people that didn't watch the convention.
