NPR just said "two more soldiers dead"....one died from
'combat-related injuries' and one died from 'burns and smoke inhalation'...no other details....hopefully, we'll hear more about these soldiers later on the news, but who knows....soldiers are dying QUIETLY now, so bush* can continue his vacation....papers don't even give their names, or write a little story about their lives...

1. NPR used to be different
Now they are like corporate media almost. Does anyone ever notice the fact that now when media reports on our troops which have been killed, it's now , "Since Bush declared War over".

Well if you add up the total since Bush invaded Iraq, you will find a number which is resembling Vietnam in the early days.

The media can fool some of the people some of the time, but not all of the people all of the time and NPR is no exception.

2. Local papers are reporting on these soldiers.
I heard than one soldier was shot at close range in heavy traffic. In other words, they couldn't move quickly through town and someone went right up to the vehicle and shot him.

7. No, she only fawns over Bush* on Mondays...
during her weekly and supposedly non-partisan "political update." I think she coined the phrase: "extremely popular president."
