scrub and the job recovery...
everytime I see or read some idiot talking about how jobs are coming back and scrubs economic plan is working I think about one thing that never becomes a talking point. Under scrub we lost over 3,000,000 jobs. Which means that if we find jobs for 2,000,000 of the 3,000,000 people who lost jobs scrub is still at a net minus 1,000,000.
One hell of an economic recovery.

6. Lop Off Another 4,320,000 Jobs
Edited on Mon Aug-02-04 10:21 PM by loindelrio
The economy has to create 120,000 jobs each month just to keep up with growth in the work force (notice they never seem to mention this).

3 yr x 12 mo/yr x 120k = 4,320M + 1 M +/- = 5,320 M jobs down

Kinda feels like 5 M + down on the street.

4. go to ben's site
whiterosesociety.org. He's got a graph of the "recovery" on the front page and how it compares to clinton's economy.
