How I enjoyed watching old Trotts step down from his leadership position in the Senate. Then again, he is still in the Senate, so I guess he is not out of the game.
Another good candidate for that deck might be Richard Perle. He was, not long ago, forced to resign as chairman of The Defense Policy Board. Of course, Perle is not out of the game either. Despite having to resign as chairman, Perle is still a member of The Defense Policy Board.
