Some of you on the board know that I'm a big blues fan. I listen to, perform, pay for, and dream the blues. Anyway, I'm sitting here writing a paper listening to my Robert Johnson CD.
For those who don't know, Robert Johnson was a delta blues performer who gained notoriety by going along with rumors that he sold his soul to the Devil. A character in the movie "O Brother, Where Art Thou?" is based on him. A minute ago, while "Me and the Devil Blues" was playing, I turned the CD case over to llok at the song titles and noticed this inscription:
MADE IN ISRAEL
In addition to this irony, my girlfriend just moved in with my girlfriend from high school.

4. The meaning of Irony (ala Con Air) |
|
Steve Buscemi (Garland Greene) "Define Irony - a bunch of idiots dancing on a plane to a song made famous by a band that died in a plane crash."
