A question I wish someone would ask Bush*

"Having read both, how would you compare/contrast the recommendations from the Hart-Rudman Report and the recommendations from the 9/11 commission?"

The reason I'd like someone to ask him this is: 1) I'd bet he never even read the Hart-Rudman report, and if he did he wouldn't be able to articulate a serious answer on the spot. 2) I'd bet the recommendations are very similar. and 3) He was given Hart-Rudman well before 9/11 and chose to ignore the whole thing.
