John O'Neill is a trial lawyer.
John O'Neill is a trial lawyer at Clements, O'Neill, Pierce, Wilson & Fulkerson. In fact, he's a partner: http://www.copwf.com/atty_profiles/partners.htm Check out his firm's plush and luxurious reception area: http://www.copwf.com/firm_profile/index.htm

His firm braggs, "The firm obtained one of the largest punitive damage recoveries in NASD history" and even puts O'Neill's initials by "The firm successfully recovered a multi-million dollar amount after litigation and arbitration for failure properly to account for a natural gas storage facility. (JEO)."

3. Seems like they might need to hire lawyers themselves
One specializing in the defense of slander. Unless they want to sue O'Neill for fraud.
