Politicizing Terror makes Terror an Effective Tool...

After 9/11 the country was united. That is NOT what terrorists want. What they want is make a sizable portion of the population say “Give them what they want, it’s not worth it.”

But Bush fixed that. He beat the 9/11 drum to such an extent that a majority of the populace now is skeptical of anything that comes out of his mouth, especially if the words are preceded by “9/11”.

So now, if there is a terror attack, the country will NOT unite behind him. And that, in turn means that the more terror there is, the more divided the country will become.

So, you think Rove has thought this thing through? I don’t.
