1. Collin Peterson ("D"-Mn).

The "D" is in quotes for a reason.

I wouldn't go so far as to call him an a-hole. I worked for him briefly, and he's a pretty nice guy.

But he is leader of the "Blue Dog Democrats" and falls just this side of Zell Miller on the spectrum.

I mean, we can have fairly decent moderate Democrats in North Dakota. I don't see why NW Minnesota can't do the same.

Now an attorney in Houston. He used to demonstrate a lot during college, and gave some time one summer at a Catholic Worker shelter out in California.

Complete prick. But arguably, a Democrat. That was 10 years ago though. Maybe he's gone with his true evil nature and switched.
