Jeb talking about the hurricane..........where is his accent?

Jeb talking about the hurricane..........where is his accent?
What a contrast in brothers....Jeb does not sound at all like his brother (no southern accent). When * talked today he left off the "g" in many words..... "livin", "spendin", etc. Is he the only one in the family to speak with such an accent? Seems rather strange if he is the only one!
