Why is it the Eastern Block always accuses North America of fixing events?
I find this really funny especially because THEY are the only ones who have ever been caught doing it.

4. You mean like fixing the Men's Gymnastics final
So that there would be a dubious "scoring error" by a judging panel overseen by an American, that allowed an American man to win a gold medal that he wouldn't have won otherwise.

Shucks, I don't know what would give them a crazy idea like that.

5. The most outrageous fix
ever was the men's basketball final between the U.S. and the then U.S.S.R. in the 1972 Olympics. I was 14 at the time and watched the game.

It's like when the North American countries used to accuse the Eastern Bloc athletes of all being dirty and doped up.

When in reality, all sorts of North American athletes have been caught doping. Ben Johnson anyone???
