Looks like Bushco is BLACKBALLING Hardball
I saw the other day that they were ticked off that Tweetie had gone after them about them quoting a Hardball episode about Kerry out of context. I have wondered if the more-liberal tone to the program lately because no RNC thugs are coming on to refute.

Tonight no one came on to refute the Flip-flopping GW Bush strategy, ie, going from "Denounce all the 527s" to "Let the Vets speak their mind".

2. This one should be a slam dunk.
Rumsfailed Admitted to Violating Geneva Convention

Rumsfailed admitted in public that when CIA Director Tenet requested that an Irai prisoner be sent to a secret Afghan/US Prison that Rumsfailed did so. After four months a DOD Attorney stated that this was an illegal act. Rumsfailed then ordered that this prisoner be sent back to Abu Graib but the prisoner was not listed at that location. That is two violations of the Geneva Convention. Tenet and Rumsfailed violated the Geneva convention, thereby also The Constitution of the USA. Not one complaint or charge was made regarding Rumsfailed and Tenet, not even by any Dem in Congress.

Does the US no longer follow the Geneva Convention or the Constitution of the USA?

It appears so

3. By all means, Bushies, pick fights with the media!
Ah-hahahahahahaha!!!

I really think they're losing their touch. Not inviting Cleland into the "ranch" in Texas today was a HUGE tactical blunder -- could have defused the entire situation. That's a big mistake by a political team that's supposed to be so slick.

Now they're trying to "punish" Tweety? Golly, I wonder how he'll react to that... maybe by rolling over and saying lots of nice things about them? Ha! I think they've accomplished something no amount of letter-writing could: They've turned Tweety into a rabid Bush critic.

4. That's GREAT! More time to put our message out on cable...
Trust me, after a week or so of one-sided Dem attacks on the Bushies, they'll be BEGGING to come back on Hardball. Mopeing like a bruised bully does nothing to help their message...what a bunch of pussies.

5. I don't think they like to go up against Cleland. I believe this has
happened before.

I'm glad Matthews is pointing out the most important part of what happened today - the Bush Campaign has now started to directly attack Kerry on Vietnam.

8. Anybody watching this Fed. Election Commission Chair guy
Bradley Smith?

I figured FEC would be non-partisan, or at least try to appear to be non-partisan. This guy is spouting talking points left and right.

11. I liked how Chris let us know they were invited but they refused
made them look like cowards.

and gave Max free rein, without the obligatory rw shrill to interrupt and divert from the message.

trust me, the bushies will see this "punishment" of tweety is just helping us get the message out that much easier. they'll be back tomorrow.

oh, and in case you think tweety is "on our side", he just twitted kerry at the end of talking with max, by saying "sometimes I think you're alot more articulate than john kerry"

No tweety. It's just you cut up kerry's words to make him sound stupid.

14. and JC Watts
:puke:

The "usual suspects" are still around.. Maybe Tweety has just decided that while the repubes are laying back getting ready for their shindig, there would be dems clamoring for face time

13. Aaaargh! And then Chris says something stupid like "What I'd like to see
is Kerry and bush on here debating Kerry's service in Vietnam.

Dude, you STILL DON'T GET IT!!! You need to have them on there to discuss what EACH of them did during their time in the military!!!

Goddammit, this is the real issue, not just Kerry's service!!!!!
