I sent an email to ABC News protesting the use of Monday Night Football's halftime show to cover the RNC. I also requested equal time for Democrats on their show...here's their response....

When ABC Sports is carrying a live event, ABC News frequently schedules halftime news briefs as news warrants. In keeping with that,on Monday,ABC News will broadcast a brief news update anchored by Peter Jennings during the halftime show of Monday Night Football, which recently began pre-season telecasts on Monday, August 9.
WTF...how often do you see news on Monday Night Football...I'm really aggravated that I can't even escape to football without having GWB shoved down my throat! MKJ
