Somebody needs to play/sing Amazing Grace with those caskets in the march |
|
Nobody could condemn that.

1. Or something suitably respectful and mournful |
|
Though I agree, AG does move a lot of folks. (Not sure if it means as much to people from other faiths, though)

I know Sufis who have used the tune to sing our grace-"Oh Thou, the Sustainer of our bodies hearts, and souls, Bless all that we receive in thankfulness" repeated twice before "Amin".

7. I wish there'd have been more singing |
|
I kept thinking of that song the soldiers sang in "Glory" just before their battle. Each soldier did sort of a Rap/prayer/comment.
Amazing Grace is always a plus!!
