I have not heard any speeches on the economy, health care, or education |
|
Let them continue their fear-mongering, jingoistic, hate-fest; the American people will see that they offer no real solutions to the REAL problems that America is facing. The RNC is going great- great for the Democrats.

..said EXACTLY the same thing this morning...he has been watching snippets of the RNCircle-Jerk and said he was amazed that there hasn't been one speaker that has talked about the future, and the plans the republicans have for it..he said it has all been about war and 9/11...
Bear in mind this is a guy who voted for bush in the last election (I live in Chicago so it didn't really matter..we kicked some * ass) and was pro-war until I started to educate him....slowly but surely he came to the realization that * was full of shit, that the whole 9/11-Iraq-SH tie-in was a scam and that there were ZERO WMDs in Iraq. He has seen with his own eyes what is plain to see for everyone, that the economy is NOT getting better, that the tax-gifts to the rich had almost zero positive effect on his paycheck and his health insurance costs have gone UP..
He has read the Palast, Ivins, Moore, John Dean books I have given him, and has come to the conclusion that * is bad, bad news for this country. He may not vote for Kerry, but he will NOT vote for bush....and that is why THIS year is a good year to have Nader on the ballot...it affords dis-enchanted moderate republicans that still feel some sense of fidelity to the gop, an alternative to voting for Kerry...in the last 's'election Nader took votes AWAY from President Gore no doubt....THIS year he will take votes away from *
I am feeling quietly optimistic about this upcoming election...kerry will win, and *'s beatch at 10 Downing Street will not see another election..either by impeachment or by a no-confidence vote..
In 2005 the US and the UK will be war-monger-free zones...
BRING IT ON!!

when tomorrow evening he arises through the floor in a cloud of dry ice, dressed in a white robe and carrying a couple of stone tablets.

20% about himself 70% about America and immigrants 5% about what kind of great guy bush is 5% about how the economy is doing good (if you ignore the deficit, and their plan's failure, sure) and how bush doesn't back down from evil (apart from Pakistan, NK and virtually every other country out there with WMD/nuclear weaponry).
Only sheep are pleased by this kind of speeches.
