Putin responds to the attacks by saying "We are a nuclear power"....

I wonder if he intends to use a nuclear attack in response.

I have never heard the head of country mention they are a nuclear power in response to an attack. Time will tell if there was message to that statement.

I get a feeling he may well use a nuclear weapon. The big question is what does he intend to do after the events of the last week?
