Not only are jobs being outsourced to India, but the state of Nebrasks is *insourcing* Indians to do IT work.

and don't pay them benefits. A lot of Indians working here are here with temporary visas. There are a number of them where I work.

when I went back to school for my graduate degree, there were many Indian and Iranian nationals working at the school. They were hired and sponsored by IBM and others...as contractors and with temporary
visas. They were also receiving free college education and were working towards getting degrees and permanent positions.
These guys are very good in math and physics. Had one as a tutor for stats and he did not use a calculator....could do it in his head!
This was in 1993 by the way.
