Did anyone get the chills watching |
|
The war of 1812 on the history channel last night??
I never knew the whole story After the American failed to fight off the British, the British marched onto the capitol and burned down the capitol building and then the White house. With in min of the White house being a blaze, a violent hurricane broke out. Wind so strong the British solders could not keep there feet on the ground. There was wind, rain and lightening. There were even rumors of a tornado hitting the ground. The British solders had not cover and I can't remember how many perished. WOW!!!!!! with the hurricanes hitting Florida and one now heading for the RED states. Is this not chilling!!! I think it is weird that this program is running right at this time.
Thank you God!!! We are working as hard as we can here???

3. Well as someone that lives in a State that swings both ways (Florida) |

People that subscribe to this theory can kiss my ass.
ON EDIT: As a Democrat who has lived in Florida for tha past 25 years & as a person who is still trying to recover from hurricane Charley that has nothing to do with politics, maybe this will bring to light why I tell people to kiss my ass who would subscribe to this theory. Peoples lives have been ruined over this & as the party that should be sensitive to people needs, this is just plain idiotioc.
ON SECOND EDIT: What next? Famine for North Carolina? Tornado's for Texas? Flooding in all the South? :eyes:

4. Well Floridian, good luck to you |
|
and all the people down there, regardless of party affiliation. We did what little we can do by donating some stuff to the red cross for the relief effort. And as far as that person's theory, is that individual trying to say that the Hurricanes are God's payback? Maybe I'm wrong, but that's the way I read it. Once again, good luck to you and all people who have been affected by those storms.

Some time ago, CBS (I think it was CBS) had a show about Hitler... As I am not a history buff, this was the first time I had heard about the Reistag fire... I thought, "How convenient for Hitler... Just as 9/11 was convenient for Bush..."
I thought it was interesting that a Hitler show would be on TV during the reign of Bush.

7. God didn't call up that hurricane -- it was New England's witches |
|
They were just emulating their Welsh ancestors who called up the storm that destroyed the Spanish Armada.
No biggie.

8. Personally, I think UFOs entering and exiting our atmosphere |
|
are the cause of these hurricanes. The turboblast they use in their souped up intergalactic jalopies cause a huge swirlie, see, and...
