Anyone here a Democratic Party Committeeperson? I just
got appointed from now til 2006 Gubenatorial Campaign (Pennsylvania).

Just looking for any tips someone can pass along.

Also, I am new to this area; just moved here a year ago.

2. cool. any tips? I'm entering my street list of all Dems
on Excel, which won't be fun, as the last spreadsheet I worked with was a later version of Lotus 1-2-3 in the 80's, ha.

I'm going to start going door-to-door with my dem list, introduce myself.

Want to get from as many as possible:
email
phone (if not in telephone book)
two most important national issues
two most important local issues

Find out if they can volunteer to help us out at Dem HQ

I'll offer to email anything I find on their favorite issues, or on goings on at HQ.
I'll be offering bumper stickers, see if they will put up a yard sign, and then I will deliver one to them (if we ever get them from Florida....waiting and waiting and waiting...)

Any other ideas?

5. The democratic party in York was practically dead before this
election. They are just now waking up. I'm trying to get ready for Santorum's defeat in three years. Can't wait!

4. My street list shows 588 dems, 655 repubs, 234 others, total
registered voters 1477.

I'll also be going to places where no one is registered and trying to sign them up.
