The bounce was killed by CBS. Not Kerry. Not the coverage of chaos in Iraq (because there hasn't been any).

If this was a Rove plot then it has blown up in his face.

The attempts to discredit CBS and Dan Rather may work but its only going to rally the small base Bush has.

That the "Bush Bounce" never really existed (it has been shown that pollsters have been oversampling Republicans) and that, even if it did, maybe it faded because the public is finally wising up and realizing what a stupid, incompetent, dangerous fanatic Bush is.
