The 'October Plan' is just more evidence that Bush wants a Dictatorship

This should be the Burden of Proof to anyone who doubts that the war on Terror is actually a war for political gain.

Why is this October Plan acting out in October?

If Bush and the Department of Homeland Security actually cared about security and people more than stealing 4 more years they would have been doing Anti-Terror measures since Day 1.

Can anyone answer this question:
After 9/11, Ashcroft announces the arrest of terrorists with the exception of William Krar, which he did not announce.

But

Before 9/11, Ashcroft received a threat, he didn't tell anyone, he didn't warn the American people, he stopped flying commercially, he basically let 9/11 happen.

Why did this happen?

This War on Terror and the October Plan are all attempts to garner support and political power, and make sure everyone knows this.
