I heard on a recent news report...
That DESPITE American military presence there, things are worst.

Is the DAMN Americans who made this situation worse.

If the American did not invade Iraq and oust an "evil" dictator in the first place, thousands of soldiers and innocent people would have been alive today.

Thanks to the "American military presence" insurgents, resistance fighters and angry citizens are taking arms against the US Military and volunteers, shotting, blasting, bombing and beheaded them.

And the media pretends that the Iraqis are GLAD that the US Military are here to PROTECT them?!?

1. I just came home from the store and this was on radio
All colleges, schools, and hospitals were open and running in Iraq, and the oil was flowing. Well I waited around to see what station it was as that is not what I have read. It was a Christian news show. And one wonders why the polls have so much trouble getting Kerry up in them.

2. Once you escape the media-induced lethargy and actually seek....
...information from impartial sources, you find that the entire country is on the brink of catastrophic civil war. There is absolutely NO DOUBT that the lives of ordinary Iraqis are far worse now, after the US occupation.

Here is another indicator: the American authority the protects and administers the so-called "Green Zone" in Baghdad is warning that it can no longer guarantee the safety and security of the Zone and its inhabitants. Most of the country is now off-limits to all foreigners, including US military.

3. Odd when the US military can not protect the US military.
