Ya'll Quit it, Ya Hear?
Man, just got back online after three days without electric.

And what is DU going on about?

Doom. And Gloom.

Ya'll quit it!

Look, even if the worst happens, remember this, they can't even control one large city if that city's residents decide to revolt. Not one.

I'm going off line for awhile. Chores. When I come back I wanna see some Optimism. Ya hear?

1. Right!
I'm with you, BeFree. Was without power for 16 hours and without Internet for 48, and I'm so glad just to be back with the community that I have no patience with gloom and doom.
Here in Atlanta, the Kerry/Edwards yard sign are proliferating like so many gourmet mushrooms while the (very) few Bush/Cheney ones are like loathsome toadstools tromped on almost as soon as they appear. Let's hear it for some optimism. Ever hear of Happy Warriors?

PS: the spell checker here keeps wanting to replace 'Cheney' with 'Chaney'. Is that an editorial comment?
