Blair & * state there was a plan... ok, what was it?

The Neocons and the Blair administration swear up and down that they had a plan for the aftermath of the invasion. Well, after almost 18 months, I'll be damned if I see any semblance of a plan for rebuilding this shambles of a country. Isn't it time someone demand that * account for this mess with something more than "stay the course." It reminds me of Monty Python's "Always look on the bright side of life..."

Doesn't a plan mean that you prepare of contingencies like, "people were determined to stop us"?
