A mole from Matt Drudge's organization revelaed the secret agenda
of the Bush Administration for the anticipated second term. This secret agenda was also revealed to selected sources in the Press like
Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh,Judith Miller,Tony Blankley and a few others. The secret document reveals an ambitious agenda that calls for nothing short of the phased elimination of the entire U.S. Government before Mr.Bush leaves office and hands over the reins to Jeb.

The first step in the process will be the elimination of the Education department.Mr.Bush says that the U.S. has fallen into the trap of overeducating its people for a long time and considering the fact that he personally has not had any problems finding a good job with the least bit of education, he did not feel it would be an impediment for anyone to advance in life without education. All one has to do, like he did, was to choose the right parents. In any case,he feels that there is going to be a surplus of highly educated people in the world anyway with China, India, Phillippines and Taiwan producing many engineers, doctors and scientists at low wages so we don't need to produce any more educated people at high costs. He stated that one other factor in his decision was education tends to make people ask questions which he does not want to answer and education also makes people unhappy. He wants the American people to be happy. So there.

The second initiative Mr.Bush announced in his secret memo was the elimination of the Health and Human services Department.Agencies like the FDA, CDC and Housing agency will be eliminated and the tasks turned over to the drug companies which will be asked to police themselves. They, in turn, are expected to outsource these tasks to India so the costs to the Insurance companies will be kept to a minimum.Mr.Bush will also propose the elimination restrictions on drug imports so pharmaceutical companies can produce and ship drugs directly from India and China cutting costs to the consumer.

As these costs come down, Mr.Bush also proposes to eliminate employee benefits such as Medical Insurance, Retirement Benefits and Social security. As robust individuals Americans will be proud to take charge of these tasks themselves instead of depending on a vast bureaucracy,he said. Those who are unable to work or disabled will be given the option of moving to many colonies that Mr.Cheney plans to establish throughout the world for just such purpose.

The last and the biggest part of the proposal is the elimination of the Defense Department whose functions will be outsourced to a consortium of companies formed by Halliburton,Titan, Vinnell, Lockheed,British Aerospace,Carlyle and selected companies from Russia, India, China and Japan. In the future, all defense employees will be instead employees of Halliburton.Halliburton will be responsible for declaring wars, recruiting soldiers from India or China, and coordinating all the activities of its worldwide partners. This will allow it to increase its profitability and keep American military might intact.Halliburton, of course, will have at its disposal the entire Defense Budget that currently is in excess of $400 billion. If this falls short, as a result of wars, Mr.Bush will ensure that Halliburton never has an unprofitable year through special taxes that will fall only on the Middle Classes and the poor.

These three major initiatives will make it possible for Mr.Bush to abolish the entire U.S.Government and within a few years after he leaves office, the Constitution of the United States will become irrelevant. The people of the United States will be productively employed by WalMart and McDonald's and will be taught by Japanese how to do calistheics early in the morning singing happy company songs.

We are indeed fortunate to have a Great Leader like George W.Bush who has inherited the Vision Thing from his father. The thousand points of light his father promised are going to be so brilliant and blinding, he may be able to abolish the July 4th fireworks saving the country a few more millions. Can we ask anything more from our leader or should we ask for something less?

3. Although I wrote that be satirical, I just noticed that Tommy Franks
is quoted as saying" The Constitution will be discarded in favor of a military governement". Now the laugh is on us.
