Panhandle FL DUers - Can you provide info on conditions?

My daughter evacuated from Panama City Beach and is wondering when to return. A lot of the websites in the area are down and so it seems to be hard to find information on power outages, road conditions, level of flooding, even whether Walton County schools are closed tommorow (although I can't imagine them being open and Bay County is closed) She hasn't been able to get through to any of the locals she knows to figure out how soon she should go back. There is no real need for her to return immediately if schools will be closed for a while or if power will be down for a while in her area.

Most of the local websites still online seem to only have info from yesterday before Ivan hit.

Can anyone help with more information on the conditions she will be returning to? TIA
